It’s quite simple.

1. You book a session
2. I email you back with date and time
3. We talk by smartphone or laptop

It’s about what you like and feel comfortable with

For video sessions, most use Google Duo now, since it really works and is both secure and easy-to-use. Some like regular phone calls better. And others prefer FaceTime, Skype, Facebook Messenger or Signal. Again, it’s quite simple; simply choose and use what you like.

I’m here, no matter what.

Video sessions – easy and secure

If you haven’t already, consider trying out Google Duo for our video sessions. It’s easy to use, end-to-end encrypted and works both on-the-go and via WiFi. It’s the recommended solution for video sessions on your smartphone.

Using a tablet, iPad or laptop?
The recommended solution for video sessions on your tablet, iPad or laptop is Google Hangouts. It works everywhere with an internet connection – also directly from your computer’s web browser. Google Hangouts delivers a stable connection and adequate video quality, as well as the option for voice calls. Google Hangouts is available for Android and iOS for both smartphones, android tablets, iPads and laptops.

If you prefer otherwise, we can simply use FaceTime, Skype or Facebook Messenger for your video sessions, instead. That’s absolutely fine for most sessions. Just let me know, when I email you regarding date and time for your session.

Voice-only sessions

If you prefer sessions without video, we can simply do voice-only sessions, of course. Most such sessions are regular phone calls. Others prefer the voice-only mode of Google Hangouts and some are fond of Signal from Open Whisper Systems for voice sessions, due to its end-to-end encryption and enforced privacy. Signal is available for both Android and iPhone.

Still confused?

If it’s all just ‘too much’ right now – and you just need one simple step to perform and nothing more – don’t worry. Simply book a session. I will guide you, step-by-step, from there.
